Electrical Engineer / Maintenance Electrician
Port Talbot, South Wales
£22,541 up to £48,253 dependant on experience + benefits
Our client currently has positions for qualified Electrical Engineers based at their site in Port Talbot, South Wales.
You will be responsible for the organisation, control, recording and continuous improvement of all electrical preventative and remedial maintenance across the plant. Ensuring maximum plant availability and efficiency, you will incorporate safe working practice and cost effectiveness.
Applicants will be a self-starter, working individually or as a highly credible member of a team, utilising your highly developed communication and IT skills. A sound understanding of Electrical Regulations / legislation and Health and Safety requirements is essential. It is desirable that you possess a HNC or Degree (or equivalent) in an Electrical Engineering discipline and have experience of electrical maintenance engineering in a process industry. Supervisory / management experience in a process industry would also be an advantage.
