Description Continuous Improvement Engineer North Home Counties High volume, Industrial Process Manufacturing Part of a large multi national group, our client is an R&D & quality driven manufacturing organisation providing products for the automotive sector. The business is committed to driving forward continuous improvement initiatives which has led to the creation of a specialised CI team: identifying improvement opportunities, reducing operational costs whilst increasing productivity, quality & efficiency via Lean Manufacturing principles. With experience of managing or coordinating business improvement projects & acting as a change agent using technical & lean tools to deliver operational progression, candidates will also - Hold a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or similar. - Demonstrate the ability to negotiate, influence & inspire at all levels, from the shop floor to the boardroom. - Demonstrate the motivation and determination to make a real difference to the business. - Have a structured approach with strong attention to detail This is a diverse and exciting role with the opportunity to influence change throughout the business by enhancing the understanding of CI methodology and best practises.
