My Client is a fast growth subsidiary of a multi billion dollar, privately owned, global conglomerate with over 30 businesses across a variety of industries… all of which share a genuine commitment to & investment in people alongside a tradition of focusing on Best Practice.
Organisational growth, development & restructuring across the group has led to the development of a new Talent Management & Talent Development Team to bolster the organisation’s commitment to employee retention & development & centralise all Talent Acquisition. This is a newly created role, which will support the central in-house recruitment function.
A graduate (post graduate HR/Recruitment qualifications an advantage), the successful candidate is likely to be an experienced Search & Selection Consultant with 10+ years senior & executive level recruitment experience & an understanding of diverse business environments; ideally exposure to global resourcing & Middle East recruitment markets…. with a proven track record of building international networks, working with senior executives to provide cost effective solutions to recruitment requirements, whilst understanding the on going business needs of the expanding organisation.
Excellent communication & influencing skills, across a variety of cultures are a must, along with the ability to effectively operate in a fast moving environment.
