£30,000 – 40,000 (tax free)+ accommodation/benefits

Our Client is a global leader in the rental of power generation & temperature control systems plus innovative industrial temporary rental solutions for emergency situations … supplying turn key services to a variety of industries with a reputation for outstanding international support & service.
Organisational development, continued business growth & regional expansion has led to the creation of this role which will take responsibility for a small team of qualified service engineers across the region ensuring the maximum availability of equipment at all times, resulting in all systems being maintained, serviced & available in line with customer demand; Working closely with local agents, managing reaction to field failure, analysing repeat breakdowns, ensuring appropriate commissioning /decommissioning of site installations & management of all ancillary equipment.
Candidates will be Mechanical or Electrical Engineers with experience of managing remote teams of engineers, ideally with relevant product knowledge (generators, HVAC, dehumidification equipment, air compressors…) with strong influencing skills (across an variety of cultured/backgrounds) fluent in English, able to work independently with a customer focussed attitude.
