Description LEAD/ PRINCIPAL CONSULTANTS WITH EXTERNAL CONSULTING EXPERIENCE UK-WIDE ? PERMANENT OPPORTUNITIES - OTE £100K + BENEFITS
We are seeking individuals with a deep understanding of operations management and Lean, who are already achieving success in their consulting career and are now looking for an opportunity to rapidly develop their potential in a professional and enriching environment with the UK?s leading Lead Operations Improvement Specialists.
Your operations management and Lean credentials will be without question. You will have an excellent track record in hands-on line management in a best practice operations environment, either in the service sector or in manufacturing, where Lean/Kaizen philosophies dominate and should have proven external consulting experience.
With a good first degree and ideally a relevant higher/further qualification from a well-respected institution, you will be able to demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. In addition, you will have a track record in managing complex improvement initiatives within service/manufacturing operations environments.
Success in these roles will be bounded only by your drive, enthusiasm and effort. You are very likely to have already taken the step into a consulting career and have developed excellent resource-planning and client management skills, coupled with a results-orientated approach. You are personable and display strong emotional intelligence. Exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to motivate multi-disciplinary consulting teams are also essential.
In return they can offer a really enjoyable and stretching environment in which to develop your career, with progression based only on merit, along with a competitive rewards package. Of course these roles require high levels of mobility in the UK, with some opportunity to work outside the UK.
These are exciting opportunities to join the UK?s leading Lead Operations Improvement Specialists who have a growing reputation for helping blue chip organisations in the UK and around the world make significant and lasting improvements to their operations. Their success has generated an increasing demand for their services. | | |
