FMCG High Volume Packaging
Arabian Gulf – Tax Free Salary equiv c. £40 - 50,000 UK

As a result of ongoing investment in its manufacturing resources & business development activities across the Gulf Region, this role is key to the Company’s current & future development strategy.
Reporting directly to the Plant General Manager, this technically-oriented management role will be responsible for analysing customer requests, assessing existing portfolios, investigating new product feasibility & costing, as well as providing ongoing support to the operations & engineering areas to optimise manufacturing quality, efficiency & reliability for both new and existing products & processes.
This is an opportunity for a highly professional Mechanical Engineer with the desire & potential to accelerate their management career development path within an established but still dynamic organisation. The successful candidate will combine proven engineering & production process development skills, gained within a high volume process manufacturing environment, together with the following credentials:
Graduate level Engineering Qualifications The ability to inspire & motivate individuals & teams in a multi cultural production environment. Ideally experience of working in a canning or other rigid container manufacturing (or a similar process) environment. Experience of contributing personally to a Continuous Improvement oriented business culture. An enthusiastic & energetic approach with a commitment to manufacturing. The motivation and self-confidence to develop a career in a non-UK working and living environment.
