Reed Engineering have a requirement for 2 experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join their new office located in Central Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UK’s leading recruitment agency.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to generate your own business and successfully maintain those relationships. You’ll be responsible for understanding and matching between companies’ recruitment requirements and applicants’ job aspirations, and be able to manage their expectations. You’ll use market leading technology to find and manage those staff and will have access to the most comprehensive training, development and support network in the industry.
You will run your desk in effect as your own business, so will need to be able to manage both the highs and lows that this will bring. You will need to be proactive, not afraid of a challenge and enjoy a thriving sales environment! Being able to manage rapidly changing requirements is a must, as is being able to adapt your communication to suit both clients and candidates.
Candidates must have previous Engineering/Manufacturing recruitment experience, ideally a minimum of 2 years, on either the Perm or Contract side. This role could offer the opportunity to progress to Team Leader within the next 6-12 months, dependant on performance.
