Electrical Team Leader / Electrical Maintenance

An exciting opportunity has become available for a suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Team Leader.
Previous supervisory experience and compliance with all statutory electrical legislation good practice and guidance to BS7671 2008 (17th Edition) are essential.
Your duties will include management, control & direction of the electrical workforce on a day to day basis, completion of new electrical installations, refurbishment / maintenance works, electrical inspection, implementing & monitoring improvement contracts. To assist in the preparation of electrical specifications, electrical inspection and testing to the full housing portfolio & related assets in line with cyclic work programmes.
You will need to be qualified to the 17th edition and be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the regulations. You will also require City & Guilds 2391 in Electrical Testing and inspection certificate. Knowledge of the Housing Sector would also be advantages.
