ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTIST
PERMITTING/ PLANNING ? WASTE SECTOR
BASED STOCKPORT
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Environmental Scientist to join a leading independent consultancy firm where your main focus will be on permitting issues in the waste sector. One of the company?s key tasks is to provide the fundamental technical analysis and economic modelling on which major capital investment decisions are made.
You will be involved in driving the permitting process for projects and may also be required to provide support services for planning issues.
To succeed as Environmental Scientist you should have good A Level grades with at least a 2.1 honours or masters degree from one of the UK?s senior scientific institutions. You should have a some relevant experience and must be able to demonstrate that you have had to apply your scientific skills in a critical client environment. The ability to write clear, accurate and concise English is essential.
You will be joining one of the world?s leading independent consultancy firms specialising in complex technology projects in energy (renewable and waste) and the environment. Their services range from engineering and project management through permitting and lenders? advisory services to expert witness services in dispute resolution and public inquiries. | | |
