Due to their continued expansion they are looking for Maintenance Team Leader to be responsible for the provision of both electrical and mechanical engineering skills with proven man management and the ability to effectively support the company’s plant, equipment and installation.
Within this role you will be directly responsible for a team of mixed skilled engineers and contractors primarily responsible for reactive maintenance but also crossing over into preventative and project maintenance schedules.
The successful candidate for this role with have previous experience within a similar role, hold a minimum of ONC in Electrical Engineering and be apprenticeship trained. Strong communication and management skills are also a must have. You will ideally come from a manufacturing environment and have previous experience of fast moving production and working to tight deadlines. You will be ambitious, confident and have a good sense of humour as team work is a big part of the success of this role.
Due to the large amount of improvements over the coming months experience in lean improvements such as 5s and TPMs would be highly advantageous.
