The Harlow plant is currently looking to recruit an experienced sustainability technician to work in the engineering department. Reporting to the engineering manager this role will be directly responsible for helping to set up a robust preventative and planned maintenance (PPM) program as well as the management and analysis of site utilities. The key aspects of the job are to improve site equipment reliability and to optimise utility usage and management on site by suggesting and implementing improvements.
The successful candidate will be educated to HNC/HND level or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject. Using your wealth of experience you will lead, motivate and focus teams to improve the site utility usage and maintenance. Ideally you will have experience of condition monitoring within the chemical industry as well as a good working knowledge of the SAP maintenance module. In this “hands on” role, you must be able to analyse data and trends to enable change and improvements based on your findings.
