Description

Due to an internal promotion this successful and forward thinking business now has an exciting opportunity for a confident, result orientated and people focused Factory Manager to head up their Darlington site. Leading a team of c185 you will deliver site objectives in terms of quality, customer service, productivity, reliability, cost, health and safety, environmental and relations with the works council.
Your proven track record in a Factory Management or Senior Operations role, supported by a comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes, will ensure that the site operates at maximum efficiency and profitability and you will lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement through the application of the Lean principles tools and techniques.
With excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills you will build successful relationships with personnel across all levels and have an interest in buildings networks throughout Nobia. You will have the drive and self confidence to succeed and the ability to work independently in a structured manner.
