Here's your chance to take your solid professional experience to a whole new level, managing business-critical projects through to completion with all the autonomy you need to make your own decisions and implement your own ideas. Right now we are gearing up to deliver a 5 year multi-million capital investment plan that will shape the future and deliver medium-term business plans. Make no mistake, these live projects will happen and many will see Arla Foods breaking new ground technologically.
In this high profile role, you will have full financial responsibility and management control of these projects, typically in excess of £20million . You'll be working as a specialist member of our projects team, where each project manager is an expert in their own field so, whilst you'll self-manage, you can count on the support and combined expertise of your peers when you need it. You'll also work closely with external contractors and site managers, so you'll need to be an excellent team player with strong leadership abilities as well as an innovative strategic thinker.
Ideally you'll have gained your Project Management expertise in a related dairy environment, otherwise you will join us from a process driven/fmcg operation with a relevant degree, HND or equivalent qualification and solid experience of working on high profile projects including choosing suppliers and contract management.
