Our client is a quality focussed contract research organisation that carries out pre-clinical trials and test studies into pharmaceuticals. They have an outstanding reputation in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology arena.
They are now looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join their Quality Assurance Team at their Ledbury site. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join a small, friendly company with a focus on quality and customer service.
Your main responsibilities within this role will include the planning, conduct and reporting of inspections and report audits in order to ensure that the studies are conducted in compliance with GLP. You will be involved in the audit of facilities, computer systems, suppliers and subcontractors. As they also perform studies using human volunteers there will also be an opportunity to develop your understanding of GCP and the associated auditing skills.
The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience within a similar role this should include experience of auditing preclinical studies, however candidates who have a proven track record in a GXP environment who can demonstrate a good knowledge of GLP will also be considered. Our client is looking for a meticulous individual who has the capability to manage their own workload and support the team’s objectives. You will have excellent communication skills coupled with a keen eye for detail.
