- Targeted email to matching candidates on our CV and jobs by email database – Delivers a boost of coverage right form the moment your job goes live; and
- Featured job positioning – higher positioning on the results pages delivers more candidates.

Multi job posting – 3 month campaign - All jobs posted with enhanced and job benefiting from:

- Homepage logo;
- Vacancy logo - is displayed on each of their current vacancies;
- Targeted email to matching candidates on our CV and jobs by email database; and
- Featured job positioning which delivers higher visibility on result pages

Multi job posting - 12 month campaign – All jobs as basic job posting with option to enhance any selected vacancy.

2. Banner and additional coverage options

Recruiters can place banner advertisements in four visible areas on Jimfinder:

- Homepage;
- By Level,
- By Sector; and
- By Discipline.

Jobseeker click throughs and position exposure are recorded against all banners.

Targeted emailing

Allows for targeted and specific candidate profiling. Your message can be sent to a defined audience who match the skill set you are looking to recruit against. Ensures the right vacancy gets seen and in front of the right candidate.

Sponsorship of jobseeker Jobs by Email service

An important service to jobseekers is the regular Jobs by email service, sent daily or weekly to subscribed jobseekers who are matching their requirements against new Jimfinder vacancies. Recruiters are able to sponsor this email.

3. CV Bank

Recruiters have the ability to search (quick or advanced) for candidates in Jimfinder’s CV Bank service. Basic unauthorised level is available to all recruiters which can be upgraded to search/view detailed candidate information including Online CV and jobseekers attached CVs.

Including a CV by email service

Supporting the Jimfinder CV bank is the CV by email service which allows authorised recruiters to define candidate criteria by the use of a simple form and then to receive daily, weekly or monthly lists of new candidates who have submitted their details onto Jimfinder.

4. Online vacancy management area

Recruiters have a simple to use vacancy management area on the Jimfinder website. Recruiters can manage current vacancies, upload new ones directly to Jimfinder or even find a previously advertised one and resubmit.

Including vacancy expiry warnings

Recruiters wishing to be reminded of vacancies that are about to expire can be alerted via email.

3rd Party posting tools

Online vacancy management is provided for Recruiters although Jimfinder fully supports multi-site posting via service providers including Broadbean and Conkers.
