Jimfinder uses cookies to enable automatic login upon return to the site, the jobseeker has the option to not save or remove cookies.

JimFinder has in place measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of information under its control.

Jobseekers registering with JimFinder will be provided with a username (email address) and password (of their choice) to enable them to access their own details. Jobseekers are solely responsible for the security and proper use of their password, which should be kept confidential, at all times and not disclosed to any third parties. JimFinder will accept no responsibility for any unauthorised use or improper use resulting from a jobseeker's disclosure of any password.

Recruiters registering with Jimfinder will be provided with a numeric RecruiterID and a password (of their choice) to enable them to access the recruiter area of the website. Recruiters are solely responsible for the security and proper use of their password, which should be kept confidential, at all times and not disclosed to any third parties outside of their organisation. Recruiters are responsible for ensuring that they keep their details and recruiter contacts up to date to prevent against inappropriate access.

Access to JimFinder's CV Bank is confined to bona fide recruitment consultants who must agree to JimFinder's Terms & Conditions.

You may remove your CV from the CV bank at any time but bear in mind that bone fide recruitment consultants who have paid to access the JimFinder CV bank may continue to hold a copy of your CV on their files. JimFinder is not responsible for the use, retention or privacy of your CV when it is held by such recruitment consultants.

Registration for Jobs by Email generates regular emails, containing jobs that are considered to match the criteria selected by the jobseeker, which are sent to the registered email address. The matches are based on the classifications assigned to the job by the recruiter, not JimFinder. Emails may also contain sponsorship messages from companies advertising services or products.

JimFinder will occasionally email registered users with details about changes and improvements to the service or to check continued interest in the service.

Users may unsubscribe from Jobs by Email at any time.

JimFinder undertakes market research surveys on the site from time to time. These surveys are intended only to find out more about the people using the site and ways in which they would like to see the service improved.

JimFinder occasionally uses the services of Benchmark Research for these surveys. It follows the rules and guidelines laid down by The Market Research Society in relation to confidentiality and disclosure.

From time to time, other Market Research surveys may be advertised for third parties. JimFinder is not responsible for the conduct of these surveys and respondents should check the privacy policy with the advertisers prior to completion of the survey.
